We ship to the Continental U.S. only; U.S. P.O. Boxes; Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent Ground and are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.

We reserve the rights to change carrier delivery method in the delivery of your order.
An order shipped via 2 Business Day or 1 Business Day will be delivered to most addresses by the end of the second business day, or next business day as applicable, only if we receive the order before 1:00 pm EST. If the order is placed after 1:00 pm EST, the order will ship the following business day and delay delivery by 1 business day. Expedited orders shipping to remote locations in Alaska or Hawaii can take 3-5 days to be delivered.
Our Flat-Rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat rate may exceed actual shipping costs.

FREE USPS First-Class Mail® on Gift Card-only orders. An order shipped via First-Class Mail will be delivered within 6 business days.
Customers will be notified when their Pick Up In-Store Same Day order is ready for pick up. Orders will only be available for pick-up during store hours (excludes holidays). Please see options at checkout.
We offer orders to be picked up at your store free of charge for Ground Shipping during store hours (excluding holidays). Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes a store will not be available for your order to be picked up. Please see options at check-out or contact your pick up store for more information regarding your order.
Lane Bryant ships out of our Distribution Center and from our stores so that we can offer our full assortment of inventory to our customers. For this reason, it is possible that your order gets split and sent to you in multiple packages.
If your order gets split and sent in multiple packages, we will charge your debit or credit card once we ship your items to you. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, the charges will be processed as each package of your order is shipped. You will notice several, smaller amounts charged to your debit or credit card account. Please note that shipping charges only apply to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges applied for subsequent shipments for the same order. If your order is split, you will receive notification through email. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
For Ship To Store orders, you will receive a “ready for pick-up” email letting you know that your package(s) have arrived once your entire order has arrived to the store.
